About the Role
The primary role of the Intake Specialist is to assist clients with understanding policies, filling out forms, and gathering documents
Key Responsibilities
* Process client documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
* Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the appropriate case manager for resolution
* Processing eligibility documents into HMIS/ICMS database system
* Entering content area data when coordinated
* Monitors database for data quality and corrects inconsistencies
* Running reports for monitoring or auditing
* Escort clients to the correct rooms and give them a facility tour
